Prestbury Bowling Club

A pairs competition aimed at all levels of ability, including the absolute novice

A random draw will take place to pair the experienced players with less experienced players

The draw will be published on the day at the club 

The pairs will be divided into two groups and each pair will play four matches within their group

Each match will last 20 minutes

There is one point for a win, half for a draw

Group winners will be determined by most points won, then next best net chalks (differentials), then best gross chalks won

The winners of each group will play each other in a final.  Cash prizes for winners and runners-up.  If we have 30 players or more, we will have a 3rd and 4th place playoff

Entry fee - None - Members will bring food for the luncheon.

Refreshments will be provided

The scoring system for this event will be the traditional method (not the 4-3-2-1 system)

There is a maximum of 40 players and a minimum of 20.  If we have more entrants than can be accommodated, entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis.   We will maintain a waitlist.
